Our meals and incidentals plan can help to increase your take-home pay. You may qualify for this program if you have a permanent address more than 50 miles from your temporary assignment.
If you have a permanent address and maintain a separate address during your temporary assignment, you may also qualify for a tax break. Check with your tax professional.
Beginning on the first day of your employment, paid, single, major medical insurance is offered to you through a national carrier. This includes prescription drug coverage, preventive treatment, and emergency room visits. Hospitalization stays are also included. A choice of paid single and optional unpaid family coverage for dental insurance plans are also offered by Renal Reserve. Another benefit is that on the first day of your assignment, you may enroll in a 401K.
Renal Reserve also provides immediate professional liability and worker’s compensation coverage, and other insurance options.
Another valuable benefit provided to our dedicated nursing professionals is guidance to you through each state’s licensing process plus up to $100 reimbursement per licensing fees in the assignment state.
For each 13-week assignment, Renal Reserve will reimburse you $25 towards CEU courses and certifications. Renal Reserve can also assist you with locating classes.
Renal Reserve benefits don’t end there. There are bonuses for referring a healthcare professional once they have completed a 13-week assignment for Renal Reserve.
- A $650 bonus will be paid for referrals of registered nurses.
- Earn $350 for referring a client that results in a new signed contract and placement of a health care professional.
