It is our intent to educate our staff so any employee who has concerns about safety or the quality of care provided by this company may report these concerns to the Joint Commission. We inform our staff that we will take no disciplinary action because an employee reports safety or quality of care concerns to The Joint Commission. We demonstrate this commitment by taking no retaliatory disciplinary action against employees when they do report safety or quality of care concerns to The Joint Commission.
